Hey Grammys- Go to Hell

 

       Did you watch the Grammys the other night?  I didn’t.  I haven’t watched it in a long time for various reasons.  For one, there disregard of hard rock and heavy metal ticks me off and secondly, it’s boring.  Besides that, it has gotten boring.  Boring is actually an understatement- it’s a yawner and I hate politics and that’s what it has become a political yawn fest.

          Let me also note that I hate censorship.  I can’t stand it.  When I don’t like it, I turn it off.  However, the woke started this and I’m going to jump in it.  If you’re going to tell me that six Dr. Seuss books are bad, that The Aristocats and The Muppets are racist, along with Pepe Le Pew being a ‘symbol of rape culture,’ then Cardi B. and hey little performance the other night can go to hell

          Yes America, she can go to hell.

          I saw clips of that performance and to me that looked like a screentest for a porn movie.  It was also worse than anything Madonna ever did and as a Gen-Xer I remember how people bitched about her, but I digress.  Here’s the point about the whole thing, don’t tell me about how everything I liked as a kid contributed to ‘systematic racism’ and then show me two women on their way to doing it to each other on tv.  America your priorities are really screwed-up and by rights, I wish someone could cancel rap music the way every single thing I liked as a kid is being canceled.  However, I wouldn’t do that but damn- I wish I could.

          Woke America take your Cardi B. performance and go to hell- I’ll stick to Iron Maiden, Judas Priest and Van Halen.
