Transgender=Cheating the Female Athlete

          There is something going through Congress called the Equality Act.  If you want a little background on it- look it up.  However, I’ll try to sum it up.  This act will prohibit any discrimination based on gender and sexuality.  Now, before you raise your eyebrows, no one deserves to be discriminated against but what happened to overreach?  Seriously, what ever happened to pushing it or common sense?

          Ahhh the mysteries of the world.

          Look, as a Gen-Xer and former high school athlete I can sympathize with those females that are ticked-off at the fact that transgenders will now compete with them.  You have every reason to be- your government just told you that there are no differences between the sexes.  A male and female are the same.  Think about how crazy that is and weird that reasoning is.  Remember, questioning this isn’t discriminatory- it’s not weird either- it’s natural.  Our society is nuts anymore and I’m not sure how we get out of it.

          But keep in mind…

          A lot of the people that are complaining about this today, probably, had a good time tweeting about transgender rights.  By rights, I really shouldn’t feel sorry for a lot of these high school girls that are missing out.  Many have parents that have literally rolled over to please the cancel culture mob and now they’re paying for it.  Here’s a message- before you jump on a trend- like thinking AOC or anyone else is a political savior- think about what their ideas might be due to you in the end.  A lot of you won’t admit that people like ‘the Squad’ hung you out to dry or you won’t acknowledge that you liked jumping on the ‘every white guy is a racist’ bandwagon’ but actions always come back to bite you.  This Equality Act is prime example of that they got a lot of you all riled up and they stuck it to you.   With so many issues that need addressed- you let an arrogant Congress ruin femininity and a lot of good female athletes are going to pay for it.

I have no kids; this doesn’t impact me but look at what online trends can do.  You parents got caught up in a mob that has now ruined your high school daughter’s sporting career- what are you going to do about it?  Unfortunately, I doubt you can do anything.  If you want to pull anything out of it- maybe, you’ll tell some of these politicians to shut-up.  Blame all the politicians you want on this but a lot of you with twitchy Twitter fingers and an Instagram addiction egged them on.
