So, How Do You Fix It?
Yesterday, I asked the obvious question; how do you fix the earth?
Well, do you have any answers? Oh you probably do but they might seem so simplistic that you don't want to say them. You can break down the environmental problems and literally put them into a political sense. If you want America to take charge of fixing the planet- here's one thing that every person in this country should be howling about:
Term limits.
Every single representative, senator and judge should have term limits. As long as you have the same group of people elected over and over again- you'll never get anywhere environmentally. Do you really think that millionaire Nancy Pelosi gives a damn if your small town has polluted water? Do you really think that the so called democratic messiah AOC cares if small town white America is covered with cancer? Do you actually think that Bernie Sanders really gives a damn about your health or the fact your area doesn't get birds anymore? Wait- let me walk that back- yeah he might care more than others but Bernie's picking and choosing gets on my nerves. Never mind any of these senators who are parrots and will continue to 'toe the line.' The democratic party are filled with career politicians. They don't care about any of us.
Ohhhh why didn't I mention republicans? Well, the answer should be obvious enough. None of them have any desire to fix the planet. It seems like they only care about the same things democrats do- power and money which again proves that both parties are the same.
We have no representative democracy in the USA and because of this the earth really doesn't stand a chance- unless someone wakes up and starts pushing the idea of TERM LIMITS.
