Why the Insults With the Policy Plans?

Did anyone notice that every single time a democrat, whether their a representative, senator or just running for president always comes out with some little insult anytime they come up with new policy?  Take Elizabeth Warren...

She comes out with a 'new plan' about fair work weeks for part-time workers.  Oooo-kay, sounds good at it's first glance but then she has to get that little dig in there about women and Latin Americans are exploited by retail the most.  Oh really?  Consider this for a second...

Many, many black students (high school or college) and many white males (of all ages) are in the retail/fast food industry.  If you're in a college community, this is where you go to make your money as a student.  If you're retired on a fixed income this is where you head if you need the extra money for your bills.  I don't know and I don't want to know what kind of world Elizabeth Warren is living in but the woman has no grasp on reality.  I'm willing to bet she hasn't really 'shopped' since Amazon became a thing.  Here's the point...

The democrats cannot make any ground by insulting males (specifically white men) every five minutes and expect to be beloved.  What I want to know is- what in the hell happened to wanting to help 'all' people?  Does anyone have any idea?  I'd love to know.
