Don't Harass the Shoppers

Apparently on Black Friday, climate change protesters had a good time harassing people who went shopping.  Oh boy, let's just stop and think about this for a second.  A bunch of whiney people with too much time on their hands decided that it was the fault of people who go to brick and mortar stores that THEY ARE THE ONES RESPONSIBLE FOR CLIMATE CHANGE.  In the meantime, after all of these people were done they went home and jumped on Amazon to order all of their Christmas bargains which causes more trucks on the road destroying the atmosphere.

Go figure.

Look, people, judging by observation and experience a lot of you protesting in the name of climate change seem like you want a couple of things:

A.  Instant fame.
2.  A time filler.
3.  To belong to the 'clique' of those who want validation that yeah they're on the right side of history.

Now, if you stop and think about all of these protests and take a look at how things are you'll note 2 things.  First, people are still littering.  Second, the lack of outdoor activity seems to be on a downward spiral.  There seems to be a heavy dependence on living your life on the Internet and experiencing life on Twitter.  The lack of putting anything positive out there in terms of trying to help the environment makes these protests a joke.  Harassing people shopping is counter productive.  For some reason, you fools can't seem to get that waving your finger and lecturing people about doing an enjoyable activity isn't going to bring change.  It'll bring resentment and absolute disgust.  The environment deserves a lot better and unfortunately, I think this is going to get a lot worse.
