The AOC Reprimand and Individuality
This one's for you clique...
Recently, on Twitter, I was reprimanded severely for tweeting back to AOC something to the effect of- 'Is that all you do? Tweet?' What happened after that was laughable.
Some tweets came in sputtering:
'Why aren't you saying this to Trump.'
'She doesn't tweet as much as Trump.'
'How dare you-she has a staff-' ah yes people, she's working hard between all of those tv appearance- reading the law books, doing Instagram but those tweets- nah the staff is doing that.
You can't have it both ways people but then again I've said it before right?
Look, I get it. We are an unsociable society driven hard by social media. Does that mean I want to live in the 19th century? LMAO of course it doesn't but social media seems to be prioritized over personal interaction. I don't think that's a good sign but hey maybe that will sink into some of you but I digress.
AOC has a very clever social media presence. (Boy that sounds familiar doesn't it?) Here's the thing that really bugs me when it comes to her and the progressive cause. Progressives are all in with the fact that 'omigod if you don't like her your some prejudiced Trump loving scumbag,' and that fact is even more dangerous than how unsociable everyone's become. For the progressives to immediately slam criticism, assume the worse out of people and not to even show individuality is really, really scary. Not all are like that, mind you, but a lot are.
When it comes to criticizing progressives, I urge anyone to comment when one of them ticks you off. And yeah, it's obvious, I'm no fan of AOC but in the end, I'll be the one gloating.
She'll show her true colors eventually just wait. I know, some of you think she already has but the 'new kid' shine is still there. She'll show her true colors eventually.
Just watch...
