The Media Loves Republicans (They're Not Just Saying It)

          Is the media a republican’s best friend?

          Huh?

          Well, just stop and think about it.  Despite the continuous bitching every single republican does about the media’s ‘unfairness’ they might actually be their biggest asset.

          Okay, I’m losing you.  I can tell.

          First, let’s state the obvious, that racist witch ended up defeating Mike Espy for the Senate in Mississippi last night.  It’s not surprising but it is disappointing.  Deep down, you must admit that it was very intriguing to think that this guy had a chance to beat her.  A Mike Espy win would’ve literally signaled to the entire country that Mississippi had enough of being at the bottom of the barrel and wanted something better.  Obviously, it didn’t work, and it seems like that state is, unfortunately, in some kind of permanent stall.  Now, this brings me to the media…

          There is something really strange going on with the media.  (Oh, there’s a shock.)  Forget strange- it’s annoying.  The media, for some reason, adores pointing out that a lot of whites vote republican and while in a sense they might be correct this premise is ridiculous.

          Okay, before you get too excited- let me explain.

          Not enough people vote, and I don’t care what skin color you are- no age group of any color votes enough.  People do a lot of whining as demonstrated by Twitter but how many go out and vote?  You’d like to think that a lot do but who knows for sure.  With that being said, one can see why blacks (in the south) would be eager to vote for a democratic candidate.  Southern republicans do nothing for the people and just seem to worry about one thing- guns.  So, is every white person in the south a gun-toting republican bigot like Cindy Hyde-Smith or Donald Trump?

          No, they’re not.

          But I’ll tell you one thing, as previously stated, if you look at the vote totals not enough of them vote!  It’s always been apparent that the spoken word has an impact on people, no matter what the skin color.  The more the mainstream media insinuates that only blacks and highly educated vote democrat the more the working class will either stay at home or vote for a fool like Hyde-Smith or Trump.  No one likes to be unappreciated and the democratic party better fix this problem FAST!
