What Happened to Being a Rebel?

What happened to being an individual?  Seriously- what has happened to it?

Reporters have lost the edge in calling out anyone about the virus, Afghanistan and inflation.  There is, of course, no person ready to question any female in the Biden administration because of Twitter fear.  Comedians have lost their edge.  Most have to watch a show wearing a mask.  Reporters can't call out the Squad because of online fear.  Let's not forget the shrugging of the shoulders of sports fans when baseball decided to net off their parks.  What happened to the real fans?  To busy playing with their phones.  Anyway, in terms of people, in general, most are doing exactly what they're told.  The masks are out in the hot weather and people are back to driving with them.

What happened to being a rebel?

I don't get it.  I really don't there are a few out there in the independent world, fighting the good fight but THERE ARE NOT ENOUGH.  I look to Europe and I see all of the protests against passports and I think of New York City who they seemed to have shrugged their shoulders and said, 'whatever,' to letting the local government do whatever they want.  Forget questions- oh my god- you question you're shunned- doxxed and well, you get the point.

What bugs me is the complete lack of individualism.  The idea of 'being an individual' seems to have been eliminated and for that I blame cell phones.  America has been hypnotized by the continuous offerings of new technologies that has not only robbed them of their intelligence but has indeed ripped them of their individuality.

    We are in big trouble...
