Renaming the Birds- WAIT A SECOND- Huh?

    I'll get back to the why AOC is responsible for the crime rate in NYC.  However, something happened over the weekend that totally ticked me off.  There's an article out there that some people think it's a good idea that people want to rename certain birds because they were named for 'racists.'  And here's my questions...

    Why?

    For what purpose?

    What the hell are you people doing?

    Seriously, I don't understand society, particularly in America, how people over the age of 35 have decided to handover everything in society to the younger generations.  Want a statue torn down?  No problem?  Want to psychologically destroy your kids with critical race theory- have at it kids.  Want to change the names of birds- oh sure the older generation says no problem.

      Well, I hate to disappoint all of you who have no problem with these items- this Gen-Xer is ticked-off.  Seriously, who in the hell do some of you people think your are that you have the right to change the names of birds because some of their namesakes were racist.  Yeah A LOT WERE RACIST- but I hate to tell all of you pious, do-gooders this- everyone in a functioning society has flaws.  You stomping your feet and screaming- rename- rename are flawed.  What gives you fools and that's exactly what you are a bunch of fools the 'privilege' to change the names of these birds?  Seriously, what?  I'm sure all of you goody-goody activists aren't pure of heart.  Leave the birds alone people and quit ruining things that everyone likes.
