Your Weekly Reminder List (Keep This In Mind Democrats/Progressives)

Saturday is deemed the reminder list.  Why?  Well, people seem to have this really bad habit of forgetting certain things any so-called hero did and before any criticism comes out.  Yes, I remember that Ralph Nader endorsed Bloomberg and that still leaves me scratching my head.  (After all, no one is perfect.)

Since we got that out of the way, let's go through the list.  Last week's was kind of week but I want all of you to really think about this.

Keep in mind that even though Donald Trump won't shut-up about the media, they're the ones who elected him.

While a lot of you applaud the fact that Amazon left NY it doesn't change the fact that a lot of people wanted them there and Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez ignored that fact.

Keep in mind that at the State of the Union, Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez, didn't invite a former co-worker at her bar (as a guest), she didn't invite someone like Paula Swearengin, she invited the woman who confronted Jeff Flake in the elevator during the Kavanaugh hearings.  Now, if Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez was such a working class heroine- why would she invite her and not a hard-working New Yorker?

A reminder to all of you, even though I know a lot of you sneer at rural America that a lot of small-town fire departments have no money and are running out of volunteers.

A reminder that despite the fact that everyone's hero Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez says in a rather Trump-like way, 'we need to do something about factory farms,' that small farms are going bankrupt despite Trump's bailouts.

Don't forget that Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez sounds pretty Trump-like when she whines about the media.

Keep in mind that despite the whining about Amazon, Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez is part of the generation that literally put brick and mortar retail out of business.

A reminder that the Green New Deal still doesn't CONSIDER THE FACT that much of the land in this country is sinking and there is no clear plan of reforestation.

Keep in mind that you can't have a real Green New Deal when you put agencies to sleep.  What is the plan to restore something like the EPA to working order?

Don't forget that Arctic drilling is being fast-traced, however I'm sure Jussie Smollet takes priority.

Keep in mind, Ralph Nader has practically been begging for a Green New Deal for many, many years.   At the time Generation-X could've really used the action, Washington DC was more worried about 'dangerous heavy metal music.'

Speaking of Generation-X, keep in mind,  despite the music world's obsession with rap and grunge, this was the generation of heavy metal no matter how much people want to deny it.

A reminder that Bernie Sanders isn't the same guy that ran in 2016.

Keep in mind that even though he's running for president, and sure I'll probably vote for him, it doesn't change his history.  It doesn't change the fact he campaigned for Bill Clinton in the 1990s. It doesn't change the fact the told Ralph Nader not to run in 2004, etc.

Also, keep in mind this, Generation-X is the grudge generation. A lot of people are really fed-up with a bunch of privileged democrats calling them stupid and racist.  People don't like to be lectured and they don't appreciate people from Nancy Pelosi to Chuck Schumer-to Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez to even Bernie Sanders making innuendos and yes progressives, you can scream 'Bernie's not like that!' And, you could be accurate, however, lately, my eyebrows are up at how's he sounding.
